My career spans the full spectrum of design - from visual and UX to service design and organisational systems - shaped by early roots in graphic design, cinematography, and photography. Each chapter has expanded my perspective and toolkit, giving me a holistic understanding of how experiences are conceived, built, and scaled.
I’ve worked across agencies, startups, scale-ups, and large global organisations - supporting everything from fast-moving teams to multi-layered organisations. This range has taught me how to adapt my approach without losing rigour, whether the challenge is speed, scale, or alignment.
I do my best work in cross-team environments where constraints and ambition intersect. I enjoy untangling complexity, aligning stakeholders, and bringing coherence from early framing through delivery - balancing pace with structure, and clarity with craft.

I’m a design leader who thrives at scale while remaining deeply connected to the craft, contributing hands-on when it matters most. For me, leadership goes beyond oversight - it’s knowing when to challenge and when to champion, when to lead from the front and when to create space for others to grow.
While many leaders distance themselves from execution, I don’t. I’ve built my career on setting direction at scale while still delivering a high bar of design quality. I focus on unlocking individual and team potential through mentorship, thoughtful support, and trust - helping people build confidence, sharpen their skills, and do their best work.
At the same time, I place strong emphasis on alignment, working across disciplines and leadership levels to connect creative vision with business and operational reality.
