Hello, I’m Inna - and I’m so glad you’re here ☺.
At heart, I’m a designer. A curious, creative, slightly obsessive human who believes design is not just a career - it’s a way of looking at the world.

I currently work as a Principal UX Designer at Dell Technologies, where I lead design across complex B2B journeys, mentor designers, and help shape the future of AI-powered UX.
I’ve also worked as a freelance lead for HSBC, and helped launch over 35 Nokia phones - one of them even came with a license to thrill (yes, the James Bond campaign, the movie: No Time To Die).
With 13+ years of experience under my belt, I still see myself as a hands-on designer - always learning, always building, and always putting users first.
I believe in:
-
Design with purpose – balancing beauty with functionality.
-
Leading by example – showing up, staying curious, and fostering a safe space where every voice matters, from intern to exec.
-
Collaboration over hierarchy – because great ideas can come from anywhere.
-
Sharing over gatekeeping – I mentor because I care, and I believe in lifting others up.
I’m also wildly passionate about the intersection of design and AI. I currently lead an AI initiative at Dell, where I run keynotes, live sessions, and hands-on demos showing teams how AI can transform how we work - not in theory, but in real, practical ways.
A few things about me:
-
I’ve lived in Moldova, Russia, Finland, Poland, Italy, Ireland, and now Spain - and I consider myself proudly international 🌍
-
I have a background in theatre and photography, which shows up in how I present, tell stories, and compose ideas.
-
I’m a proud Lego nerd. Give me a set and I’ll forget time exists.
-
I build tiny side games in my free time. Because designers need to play - it keeps us borderless.
-
I talk a lot. I listen more. And I never hold back the good Figma tips.
Languages i speak:
-
English - Full professional proficiency (meetings, long and fruitful debates about UX cases, and yes - even Miro boards).
-
Russian - Fluent. I can charm babushkas and write onboarding flows.
-
Finnish - Somewhere between B1-B2. I can explain some things… but should probably stop before the grammar kicks in.
-
Spanish - Currently stuck at “Café con leche para llevar” - but learning, poco a poco ☕🇪🇸
